Licensed in 2005, Cynthia “niched” her way through those rough years in 2007-2011 and slowly, but surely, helped build a small family owned Real Estate office in Menifee. In 2010 Cynthia closed more Menifee real estate transactions than any other single agent.

Athough the sole breadwinner for her family, Cynthia took a huge Leap of Faith by opening her own Real Estate Brokerage in 2011, at a time when other real estate offices were still closing down and the market was still striving for recovery. Through dedication and determination, Cynthia has built a solid Real Estate and Property Management Company, and as a single agent, she closes the most transactions in the City of Menifee every year, since 2010.

Cynthia has closed 750 transactions in Menifee alone, since moving here in 2005.  She is considered one of Menifee's leading real estate experts, and has had a consistent track record of obtaining the highest prices possible for her clients.
