(Remaining focused on Menifee area rentals allows us to respond quickly to your needs and the needs of local Renters, and increases our local market expertise.)  (The only exception: we will accommodate landlords with multiple properties in Riverside County as long as at least one property is in Menifee.)

3.  We take GREAT PICTURES of our rentals and include pictures of your HOA AMENITIES, and advertise on multiple internet platforms.

4.  You pay only for the services you need:  Tenant Placement, Monthly Management or BOTH.  Our fees are simple, and you never pay anything up front.  (Tenant Placement fees are reduced for Landlords who hire us for Monthly Property Management.)
