1. We work Nights, Weekends AND Holidays. If the office is closed, it's not a problem, because you and our tenants have our cell phone numbers and can call us at ANY time.
2. We are HYPERLOCAL and service rentals in the City of Menifee specifically. (Remaining focused on Menifee area rentals allows us to respond quickly to your needs and the needs of local Renters, and increases our local market expertise.) (The only exception: we will accommodate landlords with multiple properties in Riverside County as long as at least one property is in Menifee.)
3. We take GREAT PICTURES of our rentals and include pictures of your HOA AMENITIES, and advertise on multiple internet platforms.
4. You pay only for the services you need: Tenant Placement, Monthly Management or BOTH. Our fees are simple, and you never pay anything up front. (Tenant Placement fees are reduced for Landlords who hire us for Monthly Property Management.)
5. We are Special Community Partners with the CITY OF MENIFEE, sponsoring several community events each year, and we have received MULTIPLE AWARDS for our community service. We have a team of local, licensed professionals, who truly care, and are always working together for your benefit.
6. We are always looking for new and inventive ways to increase exposure to our rentals. (Gone are the days of just sticking a sign in the grass and hoping someone drives by and calls!)
